Refund Policy

Hello Yatsa Customers

Our return policy is as follows:

Orders are custom made and cannot be refunded unless approved by Yatsa Fashion.
Items can be exchanged if the customer’s reason for returning is approved by our customer service department.
Submission requests for an exchange must be made within 3 days once items have been received.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 7 days once received.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns.
